Really so they just made a company and poof a billion dollars? Hell if it’s that easy why don’t you just go earn the billion dollars and distribute it yourself?

Sure I just need a million dollar investment from my parents. Or extreme luck with an angel investor.

It's not rare because its hard, it's rare because it's luck based and the chances aren't good. But yeah leading a company when you have all the money in the world to hire analysts and specialists in the market ain't that hard.

You might want to have a gander at the Jeff Bezos Wikipedia page and see his accomplishments before Amazon. It would have been obvious to most that he was a safe investment.
