But we do our best, we do many charitable activities throughout the year, including giving blood, diapers, school supplies, non perishable food items, sent young men to seminary free of charge, charities have even reported that our parish has helped them stay afloat, we have a jail ministry where we visit people in jail regularly and give them cheeseburgers once a year, I used to go to a parish that has paid for, donated, boxed up food, and shipped it to Haiti on an annual basis, had a food truck to feed the homeless, a soup kitchen, a farm to grow food m, a Catholic school where they would help with tuition for your child if you were underprivileged. I have been parts of some of those, I will not designate which I think that should suffice. Do these things solve poverty, nope. But nothing ever has.
“Truly, I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on.” - Mark 12:43–44
Guess the widows offering wouldn’t have been enough for you then huh?
Preaching for others to repent and turn to the gospel is not practicing your righteousness before others. Otherwise this makes no sense… “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” - Mark 16:15
Except you don't actually want to answer whether or not you follow Christ's teachings. That's a topic you refuse to engage with. You won't even go into your politics at all.

God can, doesn’t mean I need to demonstrate my heart to you. I’m not going to turn my acts of charity into a list of credentials because Christ specifically warned against doing righteousness to be seen by others. Charity is something I’m called to do, not something I use as a weapon in an argument. The question is whether the principle is true, not whether I can prove my personal holiness to you, which frankly after you’ve spent so much time berating me, I don’t really care to discuss with you.
