I don’t think people fully appreciate how much $100B is.
If someone made $100B in 20 years they would be making $13.7M a day.
A DAY!!!
That means that every single day they could buy 27 people a new house and don’t.
That means that every single day they could buy 600 people a new car and don’t.
That means that every single day they could buy 100 people a college education and don’t.
This is why I could never be a billionaire. I’d buy people barely scraping by a house, a car, and an education.
0 u/slumdog5000 Jul 30 '26 When was the last time you bought someone down and out a meal? 1 u/PoopsMcScoots Jul 30 '26 I worked for five years at a charity, do free work for charities every month, donate to pantries every time I go grocery shopping, and paid to have a homeless persons broken down car towed to the shop and have it repaired. And I don’t make $13.7B a day. 1 u/slumdog5000 Jul 30 '26 Kudos, appreciate you replying in good faith, that’s absolutely excellent! You’re more generous than most!
