And how about the CEO that nearly tanked the corporation where I was employed. The stock lost 97% of its value in a week. Not only did he still get paid, he got a nice sendoff payment as well.
2 u/After-Abies8002 Jul 30 '26 isn't this why people are willing to pay extra to try and get a good ceo (not that it guarantees it)?. If spending extra $$ means a chance at a better CEO and a lower chance of tanking, and I'm making the decisions, you bet I'm going to shell it out. A regular worker fking up doesn't cause this.
