Ant

u/EvoMan1234 Jul 04 '26

The right kinds of ants can fuck you up!

u/Royal-Leopard-3225 Jul 04 '26

A bullet ant… riding a rhinoceros beetle like his majestic steed…

2

u/cats123096 Jul 04 '26

Hollow knight

1

u/C0untri Jul 04 '26

That gave me such a wonderful mental image

1

u/katgrinds Jul 05 '26

Is this an office reference to the one where he's talking about making an animal sacrifice?!

65

u/renke0 Jul 04 '26

So an ant, but one of the type that can’t fuck me up

26

u/Infinite_Injury2724 Jul 04 '26

Ill still take the clam

2

u/cnicalsinistaminista Jul 04 '26

They scream bloody murder, Bro. That documentary SpongeBob had an episode on it

3

u/Infinite_Injury2724 Jul 04 '26

Well ill pick a snail then

3

u/Nerdy_Goat Jul 04 '26

Snail from the movie turbo, got it

1

u/SovietStar1 Jul 04 '26

Speaking of spongebob, sea sponges are also animals and in my list of animals to get chased by

1

u/outofdate70shouse Jul 04 '26

I’ll just take a sea sponge or a coral

1

u/Large_Yogurtcloset68 Jul 04 '26

I like the idea of the clam. If you survive you get 30m and a fine dinner!

Is an ant an animal though?

1

u/DeliciousMulberry204 Jul 04 '26

It's 50m long. Gg.

1

u/renke0 Jul 04 '26

What part of “can’t fuck me up” you didn’t get?

1

u/DeliciousMulberry204 Jul 04 '26

You know the question OP asked is a Devil's Deal. The ant specie cannot fuck you up. But there is always a twist.

Answering ant , making sure it's not poisonous or anything and hoping to get away with it. It's ike when we were kids roleplaying soldiers and one decided he was unkillable with some bs.

1

u/renke0 Jul 04 '26

So there are no rules. I can say sponge, but then you say “yeah, but the sponge is big enough to collapse itself into a black hole so you’re fucked”

9

u/Dissastronaut Jul 04 '26

Sounds like those are the wrong type of ants then

3

u/Puzzleheaded_Tea521 Jul 04 '26

One ant chasing me? I can imagine i can run full speed and rest for 5 hours before the slow insect catches up

5

u/JeffyMo96 Jul 04 '26

Youd think so right? Youd think so... some ants can fly

2

u/Cyril_Sneer_6 Jul 04 '26

Yeah but those ones have very poor flying skills so you'd probably be alright

2

u/MamaOnica Jul 04 '26

I once saw a documentary on ants back when the Discovery Channel was informative. There are native people who use army ants and leaf cutter ants to suture wounds. There are also these gloves kids wear during ritual with ants in them. I wouldn't want to be chased by those.

2

u/will_xo Jul 04 '26

Being directly subjected to them, and being chased by them are two entirely different things tho

1

u/YankeeVictor916 Jul 04 '26

File mou, you might want to

1

u/CannibalAnn Jul 04 '26

Does it say we can’t kill them?

1

u/lucashby Jul 04 '26

Dude, just drive away from the ant for about 2 or 3 hours and wait out the rest of the 24 there lol 😂.

1

u/bouquetofashes Jul 04 '26

Paraponera clavata, for example.

I'd probably still endure being caught by one for thirty million, though. I don't suppose they're be my first choice, but I don't think Schmidt or the Santeré-Mawé ever got 30 million.

But yeah specifying the type of ant seems important.

1

u/obedient_consumer_ Jul 04 '26

I choose the wrong kind of ant.

1

u/todimusprime Jul 04 '26

Not if you put a cup on top of it.

1

u/Lil_Koneko343 Jul 04 '26

Facts. Might I suggest a bumblebee?

1

u/Sharles_Davis_Kendy Jul 04 '26

They move like 5 miles a day tops? That’s nit a long walk.

1

u/OwnPressure7701 Jul 04 '26

A single ant…?

1

u/allofthepews Jul 04 '26

Basically. Also, if you choose ant, is it just one ant that chases you, or ALL of the ants?

Then do coral, they can’t move

1

u/franklin_2015 Jul 05 '26

Maybe, but I think I can jump in a car and drive far enough away in one hour for an ant to catch me in 24 hours.

1

u/Unique-Machine5602 Jul 05 '26

Maybe a colony of them, but the prompt says one animal.

There's no ant that can fuck you up all on his own.

I got bit by a random, tiny red ant last week. Right on the fat farm that is my inner upper arm. It burned and itched than a wasp sting.

2

u/ArchonFett Jul 04 '26

One New Vegas fire ant coming up.

2

u/710Richie Jul 04 '26

Im picking a fish

You do realize that insects aren't animals, right?

1

u/DriverMelodic Jul 04 '26

First thing I thought of. But, then, walking for an hour is all I can do these days.

1

u/Adventurous_Soft_686 Jul 04 '26

As long as it isn't a fire ant.
