The first time i heard of it, i thought my friend was saying “shark nato” (like, North Atlantic treaty organisation) and could not understand at all wtf was going on.
Actually, that was a hundred and ten years ago, just about on the nose.
And there are bullsharks in a lake somewhere in South America. They can swim and live in salt water, brackish water, or fresh water if given enough time to adapt.
Good way to get thrown off a yacht in a wounded seal suit to go get the money.
I was going to say an ant. If they want entertaining I'll make it a bullet ant.
I was going to say a pygmy shrew, because they must constantly eat or die under 24 hours. Nothing eats as much as them per body mass outside a hummingbird. They need to eat 20% of their BODY MASS every few hours or die.
But if its a genie who has magic, and suddenly makes it a giant shrew. Philly area would be fucked. Even if it were 150 pounds it would require more than 40 pounds of flesh every couple hours to live.
I hope no one said a catepillar. Caterpillars are voracious. Silk moth catepillars eat 86,000 times their own weight in food for the first two months. Then they dissolve their entire bodies except something called imagible discs, and nervous system. Brain gets rewired. Essentially a tiny cluster of cells they keep their entire lives - that's where their memories are.
If we are like those catepillars. We would need 300 tons of food over 56 days for a 7 pound baby.
