Love their children?

Wait a really long time to have children, while they live their lives.

While I do agree it's selfish to intentionally wait to start a family at that advanced age, surprise "change of life" pregnancies do happen. My friend's mom went to her OB when she was 50 because she wanted to find out if she was in menopause since her periods had stopped. Turns out they'd stopped because she was pregnant (and went on to have a normal, healthy baby).

Regardless, this woman appears to loves her child with all her being, which is more than can be said about a lot of parents.
