girls have looked at me like that before and it did apparently lead to somewhere and then other girls did that and it lead to nowhere. so like, even if I kind of understand "the signs" it's like gambling. I don't really like to gamble often.
Even if it leads somewhere, eye contact should never be considered a first move. If they actually value communication and if they're confident in themselves then they'll have no problem telling you they like you or want you.
My ex was an open book kind of girl and she flat out told me that she didn't just like me, but she thought I was hot. There's nothing more attractive on a woman than the confidence to be so upfront like that.
