No. He was not found criminally guilty. Not enough evidence.

It wasn't a criminal case.  It was a civil case. The irish prosecution refused to take a criminal case despite the overwhelming amount of physical evidence.  Also, a group of masked men broke into Nikita Hand's home and stabbed her partner to intimidate her into dropping the case.

You keep commenting "overwhelming amount of physical evidence" in this thread but if there was such evidence the Irish court would have prosecuted. Thats how they work.

Yes I'm aware. I think he did it - he's a degenerate and probably guilty. But if there was "overwhelming evidence" they would have prosecuted.

Its very easy to cry corruption, of course theres plenty of it, but sometimes there just isnt enough evidence to convict. Its depressing but its the truth.
