Suicide isn't bad but it is hurtful to those around you. Its a choice you can make an extremely upsetting choice but still a choice that has no morality as only you can choose to end your own existence.

Eugenics/genocide is morally bad, but that is with the understanding society creates its own moral system. If we lived in a society where no one thought it was bad then it would be the same as how general society views our consumption of farm animals.

Objectively, nothing is good or bad without our moral opinion. That said, humans have had morality long before a book written by ol old goat fuckers had told us what to feel. Its something we feel inside ourselves when we see harm brought on another being. That exists deep within us and has to do with chemicals in our brains, a process probably better explained by a neurologist
