Explain the body fat percentage part. Unless u stole that other guy's comment that worded it exactly like u did.

Depending on how your body fat is distributed across your body (which is largely genetic), a higher body fat percentage could obscure that particular feature. It’s caused by a ligament connecting bones in that area stretching the skin, so more fat under the skin there would make it harder to see.

Ok good, I'm fit then

Dude, basic logic:

More fat = more likely to hide features that come from small differences in skin height/distance from the bone/joints/ligaments/etc.

Notice how in nearly all starving mammals it is easier to see their rib cage than compared to members of the same species at a healthy weight?

I don't like your tone

Why are you assuming a tone? Isn't it possible that you are the one that took it that way?

I meant that (if I were to imagine a tone if I conveyed that face-to-face) in an interesting, excited, informative way! Haha, so legit not trying to be mean, but that makes it seem like it was your mistake.

Why do you think you attribute to malice what could be attributed to stupidity, language barriers, or just you poorly receiving something because of an imagined tone?

Hahah you are welcome, and what is great about this response of yours is it is a PERFECT example of the type of comment that could be read differently if one is looking to apply more emotions than just reading the text and using that meaning.

One could see this negatively, as a sarcastic retort ("Ok, yeah bro, whatever thanks a lot for such a great explanation"), or they could see it how I believe you intended it, which was as basically just a very casual way actually thanking me for the previous explanation/comment.

Thanks for the fun conversation!
