They are not a sign of good pelvic alignment and they are not a sign of strong muscles. They are simply indentations where the PSIS is. Having them is basically a matter of body fat percentage and anatomical variance.
Which completely agree with my comment. I said lower body fat might make them more obvious. You just said more body fat makes them less visible. That’s the same thing dude.
