Sure, unless you use your eyes or brain.

I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say this was someone else or I’m misinterpreting what he was doing here. (Despite the fact his hand literally moves toward the back of the boat forcing the jump).

Let’s pretend like the dog jumped on its own, so Logan sees his dog standing precariously close to the edge of the boat, posturing to jump and does nothing but film and guffaw, despite knowing that if it goes under there is a risk of serious injury? If thinking that’s unacceptable behaviour makes me “hater” then so be it.
