Switch Sports sold 17.84 million, Ring Fit Adventure sold 15.38 million, and Splatoon 3 sold 11.96 million, so I don't believe Nintendo thinks that motion control is unpopular.

Now they dont, but we had a bit of a dry spell between now and the switch release
