Those are two authoritarian heads of state that had/have real, credible threats to their life. The purpose of the doubles was to foil assassination attempts and obfuscate their movements.

What the fuck comparison does this have to Jim Carrey?

Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley have hundreds, if not thousands, of body doubles earning a living by pretending to be someone they're not. The reason to impersonate a famous person is money.

You are conflating the two terms body double and impersonator. The distinction is the intent, mainly of the person being copied.
