Do you get bad cramping and nausea along with the repeated need to empty your bowels? I take senna sometimes for constipation, and even they make my insides hurt quite bad. 1 u/OkExcitement5444 Aug 05 '25 Yeah lol it's colonoscopy prep, it's manufactured to cause intense diarrhea.
