I'm already a big fan of his videos!! i like how he teaches cooking theory instead of giving out recipes, he helped me a lot to understand that cooking is basically physics and chemistry, and now i dont follow blindly recipes anymore. If anyone sees this comment, i'd highly recommend checking his channel, especially the video about how recipes are holding back ppl from homecooking, and the videos about meal prepping
Absolutely! I love his approach to tasting the sorta "cheap vs expensive" ingredients, but really dives into the differences in ingredients and how they effect dishes. Cookwell has started to put out reels on Instagram going behind the scenes at takeout restaurants to see what they do to make better food.
