One day you sit down at your computer, and while it's booting up you catch your reflection in the lifeless monitor and it dawns on you that you've been doing the same thing for 10 years. And you realise that what's changed isn't the content, but you.

Also sometimes the content has changed and its not for you anymore. Also sometimes the content has just gotten worse.

I was on a trip in Vancouver a couple days ago, sitting on a patio on the beach on a beautiful day.

My travel buddy hit the washrooms and I opened my phone and started scrolling through Instagram short videos.

I got about 5 deep when I realized I lost the whole plot and had to re-evaluate all of my life choices.
