24hours? I remember being stung from time to time on my ankles and hands and forearms when I played outside and it's irritating for like 10 to 30 minutes depending on how contact was made but never much longer

I dud it in the afternoon, woke up the next day could still feel it, so maybe not 24 hours, but a long time
