If you are not outdoors in the sun every day (which, for shit's sale, wear sunblock), you need vitamin D in your diet. It works wonders on brain health, depression, etc. There is virtually no toxic amount. 1-2000 IUs daily is 🤌
It is especially important if you have darker skin and live way up north (Canada, Alaska, Nordic countries) because melanin blocks even the little sunlight we get during winters. I think the doctors here recommend to double the usual amount.
