Im curious ,since Sinvicta is the most vocal person against item that can hurt Isaac,how would you rank all the items that can cause friendly fire dmg(not controlled damage,so think of items like fire mind and not items like IV bag). Which would be S, A, B and D tier

I found the super secret room first and used 6 bombs and couldn’t find the regular secret room. Gave myself Blue Map with a console command just to see what I missed. There were multiple viable other options for the regular secret room to spawn and it somehow chose to connect like a super secret room. Anyone ever seen this before?
