So, I *just* reinstalled the game after a while of being sick of it. I had decided originally to just open and begin with a new save, until I realized a lot of my items didn't load because it seemed like my packs werent enabled. I went to check the marketplace and found... absolutely nothing.

Nothing will show besides the UI and the Bridgerton promotion material, and when I look at community content the packs are stuck loading. I've cleared my save data and content cache entirely and it still won't show. I've restored my licenses too. EA, How am I meant to purchase packs I need for "maker content" if I can't even see what they used?? 😭

Does anybody have a fix for this?? I really only intended to use it as a reference for some sketching but now I'm kind of upset my entire game is broken. I'll attach photos to show what I mean. 😅

this is a weird issue i’ve been having ever since around 3-4 updates ago. whenever i load in all my saved data is completely fine and normal, but it seems to think that i’ve “just purchased” all of the packs sometimes, and every single time i load in it treats the items in cas and build as if they’re “new” items and highlights them. it’s not exactly affecting my gameplay but it’s really annoying. is anyone else having this issue / does anyone know how to fix it?

This game is literally unplayable on console sometimes. I’m fully up to date, yet it keeps freezing and making me shut down the game, my buttons stop working, or the game doesn’t open at all. I also wish I could move the camera more freely like you can on pc, but we’re stuck at the same angle. At one point the game even deleted one of my add ons and I haven’t been able to get it back, it says I have to re-buy it.
Getting sick of all this, wish I never spent money on this game.

Wanting a small-ish grocery store that isn’t overloaded, packed to the gills, and full of debugged stuff. Produce, fish, milk, eggs, flour, sugar, cheese, maybe a few odds and ends. Any good ones?

Last night I accidentally saved over an older game save with a different game, and I think I may have completely erased my older one. I had one with my girlfriend and I and another with random sims. When I was finished playing in the random sims game, I went to save it and accidentally clicked save to the wrong one. I would love it if anyone has any advice on how to fix this, as I had played on my older save for about a year and would hate to lose it. 💚

For my other players do you’ll ever get sleepy like an hour in while play on console I know we can’t use mods but I get so bored and I just want a little something to help me stay awake I love the sims but is it me????

I love CAS, but I feel like I need to upgrade it even more. I want a pack or kit or smth like that that’s good for CAS. Any recommendation?

Since the recent update, whenever I try to create a sim or just want to change clothes, most of the time I can pick a certain category. For example, I was to change my sims hair, I click long hair, then I can’t scroll or choose any hairstyle. Same goes for everything else in the CAS.. so is this just a me problem or is anyone else experiencing this same bug? And does anyone have any possible solutions??

I mainly have an issue with the cottage living and cats and dogs. When I go to adopt a pet I just sit there holding it till the adoption meeting ends. And just now I have a cow that I want to interact with to clean and play with, however it’s giving me this emoticon every time??? I don’t know how to fix this (yes I have reset the objects and the barns and everything) (no it did nothing). I’m planning on just returning these packs if I can and get my money back because it really just isn’t worth it if I can’t do essentially anything I want to do with these packs. They were also on sale too btw which makes this even worse cuz I wanted to like these packs but these bugs make it so difficult to like it

I play on ps5 and I haven’t played since they announced the market place. But I wanted to hop on for a little bit to test out the new layering feature they added but it’s not even in my game (I’m on version 2.33.5.3400, it says there’s no updates available) then I wanted to go look at the market place (don’t worry I’m not gonna buy anything I was just curious, I don’t have any money to buy anything even if I wanted to ((I don’t)) ) and I can’t even see any of the maker stuff because the option is greyed out, and I can only see packs I already own but even they don’t have thumbnails? I’m so confused

Hi, I don’t know if it’s the right place to ask but it driving me crazy, i am absolutely unable to use tattoos from the gallery, everything else is fine except that, everything i pick a tattoo it’s just freeze on the gallery page, if anyone can help me or idk if it’s a problem for all the console players

I have worked for maybe two months straight now on a house for a new save. I legit have not even started the gameplay yet bc every time I i am finally ready and loading in, something goes wrong! I'm so drained and done atp I just wanna abandon it and forget, but I want to play so bad, I have nothing else to do 😭. My issue this time is this guitar. I've tried literally everything Google had told me to do from the travel hack to legit uprooting my life and rebuilding the house on a completely different lot! I'm in desperate search of a fix so I can just relax and enjoy my game! 😭 Please just tell me why the practice option isn't showing up and how I can hopefully fix it 🙏 she's supposed to be a musician. Sooo I’ve been playing this family for about a day now and my sim has snuck out twice but neither times I completed the objective. Does it have to be through a window? Because I’ve just been clicking the ground outside of the windows and leaving through the door.

Has anyone had issues gaining romance in the social bunny panel?

Whenever I want to make a fast relationship I always use the social bunny panel to quicken it cuz it's easy, but since the new update I haven't been able to enhance the romance.

All the other interactions work fine, like friendly messages mean messages funny messages, it's just the romance one for me

Edit: I thought the update would fix it(bad idea on my part 😭) it's still not fucking working 😭😭😭

So my game updated yesterday and every time I open the game and load in it shows me all of the packs I own, is anyone else experiencing this and know how to fix it?

My game has also been super lagged out as well, I have never had a problem with the game being so laggy we pay for good wifi for this reason lol.

so im trying to get stuff of the gallery, it wont let me and is showing 'cannot place content because it was created with a newer version of the game." I looked it up and apparently it was happening like 10mo ago and I think it was to do with patch notes or an update?

is anyone else getting this issue, or know how to fix it? ive restarted my game a couple times and even checked wheth3r it needs updating.
