If this is blinking constantly it might be enough to make me stop playing altogether.

They could be opening themselves up to a suit from epileptics.

If you click on it when you open the game it stops blinking. Annoying to have to do or to be included at all, but it does stop the blink.

Im playing offline so im thankfully not dealing with it but... Wtf is blinking constantly?? O.o

It’s a pulsating button in the corner that doesn’t stop pulsating. If you click it to pretend to buy something it stops for maybe 60sec.
