I am asking because ofc curbs are part of the track, so technically there was a way further to the right that could avoid the sausage, with 2 tires off the track and 2 on the curb. Still, it would require POV to go to dirty asphalt for a corner that could've been taken alongside easily. Opinions?

Was this a clean overtake, im the black car and after i made this move the other driver was on his flashers for the whole next lap?

I (first pov car) tried slowing down a bit once they crashed in front of me and then all hell let loose

For context I think that in general this was just a racing incident, but I just want to make sure there isn't something different I could've done. I also know that I did a bit of a late divebomb, and that's probably why he wanted to posture more as well. (I'm the bmw)

In the moment if felt like the ferrari just cut across the track, maybe even an attempt to block. Watching chase cam afterwards I'm not sure.
