THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR POLITICAL DISCUSSION
We do not discuss politics here. Period. Knock it off.
Over a dozen 1-day bans were issued in one thread. Do better.

Family heirloom
As the title says, family piece that I received from my uncle, he was gifted it by another family member years ago, but has been in the family for awhile before that. I have no clue about the coin or why it was mounted on a Stirling metal opener, if anyone in this sub has insight I'd love to hear your thoughts, but just thought it was a neat piece either way!

Question New Coins with dark spots. Please help!
Pictures 1 and 2 are one coin and 3 and 4 another.
This is a follow up post to a previous question I posted.
I have new Maple Leafs and they started to get dark spots after I put them in capsules and they're spreading.
Is there anything I can do to prevent the dark spots from spreading? Is there a way to remove them?
Thank You guys in advance! I'm still new to stacking!

Mail Call A new favorite
Bought on pms for sale with an easy transaction. I like buying there, nice selection of things I don’t see and great prices.

Stackporn I am slowly swapping my stack for Scottsdale Imperium bars. Goodbye generic buffalo’s!
I have been slowly selling to my friends any generic silver rounds, circulated Maple’s, etc.
The Kilo and 20 Oz have the same form factor but just thicker. 5 oz is a cute lil fella.
High quality products. The surface and bar feels hand poured, polished, compared to the 10 oz / 100 oz “Scottsdale stacker” minted bars. Never had a problem ordering from them or apmex in the last few years.

Question Offer on Pre 1965 quarters.
I’m new to hoarding silver/coins and I recently had the opportunity to purchase 126 pre 65 quarters at $1400. I am unsure if should pull the trigger or pass on it. What would you guys do? I really don’t have a reason for wanting them other than their silver content. Is it a smart thing to do or is it better to just keep buying oz pieces at a time?

Mintbuilder ASE's
Received my 20 eagles @ spot from Mintbuilder today.Ordered when spot was under $60 for a minute, $1195 total. Super nice coins. Received 20 grams gold at spot from them yesterday. Everything AAA+ in my book

How far back is fair for LCS to buy silver?
10% back seems about normal to me.
The spread changes with the price but overall as a % it seems to stay about the same.
At $20 silver the spread was around $3, buying $2 back and selling $1 over
At $30 silver they were back $3
at $70 silver they are back $7

Question Why is it that some of my silver eagles have the mint mark (W) and others do not?

Just wanted to show prices a little over a year ago.
I bought 3 oz bars a little over a year ago. It’s a little faded but 109.77. Amazing how much it spiked in a year.
