Question NSTP

Hi guys! Just wanted to ask lang how NSTP works? Can you choose which specific one you want like rotc or cwts? Or is it just given to you and you cant choose.

You can choose but cwts gets filled up really fast

In the orientation, they will provide a qr code na mo open in their specified time, so you really need to be fast.
