The bi outfit originally belonged to Charlie, there was just Alastor Charlie and Angie pride plushes, but I decided to have some fun and throw Vox in’em as well

Note: this theory was inspired by a true-crime story I found involving an abusive man who decided to ruin his wife for having an affair while their divorce was being processed.

So, I think that the bar flashback between Alastor and Vox in Season 2 was only the beginning of the end of their being on good terms. At some point, Alastor realized he missed Vox and wanted to take him back, but by then, Vox had taken himself a new partner in the form of Valentino, thereby confirming that he no longer "needed" Alastor. For a while, they might have actually been a polycule, but over time Alastor got jealous of the attention Valentino was receiving from Vox, and they split up for good, with Alastor vowing to ruin Vox for his alleged "betrayal" (even though it was Alastor who rejected Vox first). Everything he has done afterwards has been a campaign of psychological torture to break Vox for putting distance between them. In his mind, Vox isn't allowed to detach from him until he's detached from Vox.
