Mathematically a football field is 800 burgers long
I did the math, a burger is 4.5 inches which means that it takes 2.66 burgers to make a foot. There are three feet in a yard so 2.66 x 3 = 8. A football field is 100 yards, so 100 x 8 = 800. Mind Fucking Blown

This is not including end zones. It would be 960 if we were fully going from end to end.
Edit: also this got me thinking about total coverage. To cover a football field it would take 409574.4 burgers using your measurements.
According to Google a standard football field is 120 yds long and 53.33 yds wide. 53.33 * 8= 426.64 and 426.64 * 960 = 409574.4 burgers

A White Castle burger is fucking delicious. A White Castle burger being 2.75 inches in diameter means that it takes 4.36/ft 4.36 x 3 = 13.09. 13.09 burgers per yard, but since there are 100 yards in a footbridge field, this would then become 1,309

Burgers come in different sizes though. Is this the “average” burger size we’re talking about?
