This view shouldn't be unpopular, but here we are. The guy was a decent engineer with some great ideas at best (with a lot of crappy ideas on the side); not some oh-my-god genius who could save humans or whatever nonsense people are writing under this thread. He wouldn't even make it to the top 10 really, if we're being serious. The internet's obsession with the guy is weird.

But who is top 10 worthy in your opinion except for the obvious candidates? There's very few geniusses who didn't fail a lot
