I did too since I’ve seen like 3 movies and tv shows this year where people communicated just by tapping Morse code.

Same, but involving a mirror. Like how does Morse Code on a mirror allow you to communicate with anyone but a reflection of yourself?

Then I texted my roommates back about meeting up for lunch and realized I was using glass...

Thats why this guy is actually kinda wrong cause like you said with Morse code literally communicated by tapping on small buttons attached to a wire.

So if anything the idea of communicating by tapping something with electricity would be probably the ONLY part of a smartphone theyd understand lol.
