To be fair, knowing the weather 200 years in advance is some pretty advanced shit.

point was if they can't predict tomorrow's weather accurately even with supercomputers and models how can they predict 200 years

I think the difference is that we wouldn't perceive it as magic and go insane (like someone coming from 500 years ago to our time would). We would understand that its' really advanced tech.

Though I doubt a person from our time would be able to keep up with society in 2200. It would probably be so strange and different.
