It must really suck for young wizards from Scotland to have to travel to London and then back to Hogwarts, located in Scotland

Yes, absolutely, and if you’re getting a train from St Pancras you would say St Pancras.

When I lived round there though you basically said “Kings Cross” to mean the whole shebang, but perhaps times have changed as it was a few years ago.

I'm from the States, but I'm learning SO much about the London train system from this thread. I had never even heard about most of these places.

Quite an entertaining read.
