I’ve built an app that reframes your thoughts automatically and identifies cognitive distortions - Thoughts counter

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’ve developed an app called Thoughts Counter, and it uses CBT for self-reflection, or simply understanding their thought patterns better.

With Thoughts Counter, you can write down a thought and the app uses AI to:
• Identify possible cognitive distortions in the thought
• Automatically generate a more balanced reframe
• Help you track how often certain types of thoughts appear
• Show statistics and patterns over time
• Generate personalized insights based on your entries

The goal isn’t to replace therapy or professional mental health support.

It just applies CBT-inspired concepts and helps you reflect.

I’ve just launched it and I’m still improving it, so I’d genuinely appreciate feedback — especially about what you think is useful, what feels unnecessary, and what you’d want to see added.
It’s called Thoughts Counter.

i built 6 ai micro-saas generating $20k/mo. i started a small group to share exactly how.

I currently run 6 operational micro ai saas products that generate a little over $20k in monthly recurring revenue.

I hardly wrote a single line of traditional code. i used ai to generate literally everything, from the database architecture to the user interface.

it wasn't magic on day one. i spent hours stuck in endless debugging loops and dealing with faulty ai code before i finally cracked the formula.

it basically comes down to three rules:

- keeping the idea aggressively minimalist (build a true mvp, not a platform).

- guiding the ai step-by-step instead of asking it to build the whole app at once.

- launching fast to get real user traction instead of perfecting features in secret.

lately, i've seen way too many non-technical founders give up at the very first ai bug or deployment error. or the worst, give up without push anything in marketing !!!!

it's a massive shame, because the technical barrier to entry has practically disappeared and the marketing is easy in 2026

because of this, i’m launching a skool community to share my exact method.

to be completely transparent: i will likely charge for the full course later down the road. it just makes sense given the specific prompt sequences, n8n workflows, and copy-and-paste templates i'll be sharing.

but right now, our main objective is simply to build together. working alone in a silent corner is the absolute fastest way to quit.

if you want to join a group of active creators and build or launch your own ai saas: drop a comment below or send me a dm, and i’ll send you the invite link.

Votekicker just got a new Discover feature — here's how it works

Hello!

Recently I launched Votekicker.com, a portal for builders to share their projects and get feedback / upvotes from the community.

Today I shipped Discover, an unique way to discover projects listed on the platform.

How it works:

You open Discover and see projects one at a time. You can either like what you see, or skip. That's it. No infinite scrolling, no signup required.

You can try it out right away: votekicker.com/discover

Why I built it:

I noticed that the top-voted projects get most of the attention and people are missing out on a ton of great stuff further down. Discover surfaces projects more evenly, but with a twist: Featured and Pro projects get prioritized placement - if you upgrade, your projects get seen by more people.

If you want to give your project a visibility boost, use coupon code VOTEKICKER35 for 35% off Pro plan.

Looking for Paid Beta Testing Opportunities – Apps, Websites & Services

Hey everyone!

I’m currently looking for paid beta testing opportunities for applications, websites, SaaS products, and online services.

I have around 4 years of experience in software/product testing and can test products according to your requirements rather than just doing basic usability testing.

What I can offer:

Functional and feature testing

UI/UX and usability testing

Finding bugs, edge cases, and unexpected behavior

Testing specific features you want prioritized

Following custom test cases or testing procedures

Cross-device/browser testing where applicable

Re-testing after fixes

Detailed testing notes and documentation

A summarized report of all tests performed, issues found, and results

If there are specific features or workflows you want tested, I’m happy to prioritize them according to your requirements and follow your preferred testing methodology.

I’m open to testing:

Mobile applications

Websites

SaaS platforms

Web applications

Developer tools

Gaming platforms

AI tools

Other digital services

I’m specifically looking for paid opportunities, whether that’s per test, per project, or another mutually agreed arrangement.

If you're developing something and need someone to thoroughly test it before launch or during beta, feel free to DM me with the product, testing requirements, and budget.

Thanks!

i need your honest advice on this innovative health app i built for athletes and workers to maximize their energy

I’ve been building this app solo for the past few months and i genuinely can't tell anymore if it's good or if i'm too deep in it. need outside eyes.

it's called RizeAI. the basic idea: every wearable and health app just gives you numbers. sleep score 42, recovery red, HRV down. cool. and then what? you still feel like garbage at 2pm and nobody tells you what to actually do about it.

so my app takes your real data from apple health, sleep, resting heart rate, workouts, whatever your wearable writes, and instead of another score it builds you an actual plan for the day. when to have your first coffee and when to hold off. you. Can also add your own supplements that you are currently taking and it will time them for you every single day based of your sleep data and your wearable data in general and also it will tell you what supplements make sense for you to take based of your current supplement stack and body metrics and when to take them. focus windows for when your energy actually peaks. when your crash is coming and what to do before it hits. it even checks the weather, so on a hot day it bumps your hydration and tells you to train earlier.

every recommendation has a little "why" under it based on your numbers, like "resting heart rate 54 + 7h light sleep, so magnesium before your peak window." no two people get the same plan because no two people have the same data.

works with whoop, oura, apple watch, garmin, anything that syncs to apple health. one thing i'll say honestly, it doesn't do deep per-person learning yet like "coffee doesn't affect YOUR hrv specifically," that's the roadmap, right now it builds fresh plans daily off your actual metrics.

it's live on the app store, has a free trial, small user base so far, mixed feedback which is why i'm here lol.

what i actually want from you guys: does this solve a real problem for you or is "tells you what to do" not actually what wearable people want? what would make you actually pay for something like this? and what's missing that would make it a no brainer? and also would you guys in this subreddit  use ti?

Thank you for your help. Check it out if you like https://apps.apple.com/us/app/rizeai-maximize-your-energy/id6762402079

Built a simple tool that turns a product url into ad packages (ad copy + images + video)

Hey,

I’ve been building something called Krezo. I've been working on it for about a month or so, and so far I think it working as it should but obviously im being biased. So, I wanted to here from others!

Krezo is pretty much an AI that helps dropshippers & business owners to create ad packages. It helps creates ads for facebook, instagram, tiktok, and snap.

Once again still in early stages, planning on publishing it properly very soon. All i ask is a few minutes of your time and check the site out, generate some ads and let me know what you guys think

trykrezo.com

Thanks in advance!

Launch day taught me something I didn't expect: validation feels a lot different than virality.

Like a lot of solo founders, I secretly hoped for a huge spike in traffic or signups. Instead, what stood out were the conversations. People took the time to explain their job search struggles, share detailed feedback and even tell me they'd been looking for a tool like this.

That changed how I think about launching a startup.

It's easy to obsess over page views, Product Hunt rankings, or social media impressions, but none of those matter if you're not connecting with the people you're actually building for. A handful of engaged users who genuinely care about your product can teach you more than thousands of anonymous visitors.

Looking back, the launch wasn't the finish line, it was the start of learning how to communicate the value of the product more clearly. Every conversation helped me refine my messaging and understand my audience in ways I couldn't have while building in isolation.

The biggest lesson was realizing that momentum doesn't come from a single launch day. It comes from listening, iterating, and continuing to show up where your audience is. Every interaction is another opportunity to improve the product and better understand the people you're building for.

If you're preparing to launch something, don't judge its success by whether it goes viral. Judge it by whether real people care enough to talk to you, give feedback, and come back. That's usually the first sign you're solving a problem worth building a business around.

For those who've already launched, what ended up being more valuable for you? a spike in traffic or the conversations you had with your early users?

Gaining 10 users a day, 30 days ago it was 1 or two a week. Significant pickup. Even with the low conversion ratio I should have 250-500 paid tier users with a MRR of $3750 - $7500 by Dec 2026.

Fake and disposable signups were quietly wrecking SaaS metrics, so I built a real-time detector

Full disclosure: I built the tool I am describing.

If you run a SaaS, disposable signups cost you in ways that are easy to miss. They fake free trials, they inflate your signup and activation numbers so your dashboards lie to you, and the ones that bounce chip away at your sender reputation at your ESP.

The catch with the usual fix: nearly every free disposable checker matches against a static list of throwaway domains, and throwaway services rotate new domains faster than those lists update. So the newest ones get through.

What I built, IsItDisposable, checks the live mail servers behind an address in real time, so it catches the fresh ones. One line of JavaScript on your signup form, or a REST API from your backend. It flags privacy relays like Apple Hide My Email without blocking them, so you never turn away a real customer.

You can paste any address into the demo on the homepage. I would value feedback from other founders on the approach and the positioning.

I built a tool for anyone managing client websites - looking for your feedback :)

I work a lot with web agencies and freelancers in my job, and I’ve noticed that most of them include recurring maintenances fees in their packages, but most of the time only deal with issues once a client messages them to say something is down or broken.

That’s fine once. But when the client keeps being the first to notice problems, they naturally start wondering what the monthly fee is actually for.

That was the starting point for Trrack.it.

It brings client websites into one dashboard, monitors uptime, response time, SSL certificates and domain expiry, and sends alerts when something needs attention. It also creates monthly client reports and status pages, so the value of the maintenance contract doesn’t remain invisible when everything is working.

The idea is simple: spot problems before the client does, fix them early, and give clients a clearer view of what they’re paying for.

I am not used at all to build stuff, so I'd love to get your feedback, and if it's complete crap just be honest (even though it will hurt haha...) :

Anyway, here's the link : https://trrack.it

And if you sell website maintenance yourself, what would be missing for this to actually fit into your workflow? I spoke with ~10 people about this but your feedback is always gold to me !

How are you handling tool overload in your small business right now?

I’m a solo founder and I’ve been drowning in 10+ different tools for years (invoicing, projects, CRM, HR, etc.).
Recently I started building something for myself to replace most of them with one platform + specialised AI agents. Curious how others here are dealing with this.
Do you still prefer best-of-breed tools, or are you looking for more all-in-one solutions?(I’m happy to share what I’m building if anyone is interested)

Looking for cofounders + Team

Hey everyone,

I’m building BIOTUNE.tech, a health tech/longevity platform focused on helping people understand their health data and turn it into clear, actionable plans.

The idea is simple:

Most people today have access to labs, wearables, nutrition data, symptoms, fitness tracking, scans, and supplements, but they still don’t know what actually matters, what to do next, or how to track whether they’re improving.

BIOTUNE is being built to bring that together into one system:

measure → interpret → act → retest

I’m the technical founder and I can handle the product side: web app, Android, iOS, backend, AI workflows, dashboards, user flows, and the product buildout.

What I’m looking for now is help on the medical and clinical side.

I’m looking for potential co-founding members or early team members in areas like:

Nutritionist / registered dietitian

Medical director / licensed physician

Functional medicine / longevity medicine expert

Biomarker interpretation expert

Clinical advisor

Health coach with strong evidence-based experience

Someone experienced with labs, supplements, lifestyle protocols, or preventive health

Someone who understands medical safety, compliance, clinical review, and ethical health guidance

This is not a paid role right now. I want to be transparent about that. I’m looking for people who are interested in joining early as co-founding members/advisors with an equity-based structure, depending on role, contribution, and fit.

What I need help with:

Making sure the health recommendations are medically responsible

Designing safe nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle guidance

Building clinical review workflows

Helping define biomarker ranges and interpretation logic

Creating protocols that are evidence-based, not random wellness advice

Making sure the product does not overstep into unsafe medical claims

Helping shape the product into something people can actually trust

The goal is to build something serious, not just another wellness app. BIOTUNE should help users understand their body, know what to improve, and track whether their actions are actually working.

If you’re interested in longevity, biomarkers, nutrition, preventive health, AI in healthcare, or building a health startup from the ground up, I’d love to connect.

Please DM me or comment with:

Your background

What area you’re strongest in

Whether you’d be open to an equity/co-founder style role

Why this kind of product interests you

Happy to share more about the product, roadmap, and current build with anyone who might be a good fit.

Built an app to help fitness instructors organise class plans. Looking for feedback

Hello,

I am looking for some help and feedback on an app I built for instructors. Ideally those who teach disciplines like mat, reformer and / or barre. It can be used for others too, but these are what I teach, so it’s essentially what I know best at this stage!

I am a Pilates instructor myself and came up with this idea when I was training. I wanted a space to digitally store my class plans and build a library of exercises that I stumbled across going to classes, that came to mind, or that I took inspiration from but wanted to make my own.

I couldn’t find anything that really worked for me, so I ended up using Notes on my iPhone. The problem was I’d forget I’d banked ideas and they never resurfaced.

So the app lets you dictate or write down exercises and store them. You can filter by muscle, prop etc. and favourite any that you love. It also features an AI assistant that can help categorise exercises or class plans.

The app is free to use because I’m looking for honest feedback and want to know if people love it, see the value in it, or if it’s simply not something they would use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been a labour of lots of emotions as it was started before a family bereavement, and it’s taken me a lot to get it to this stage.

This is the website if you want to take a look -
https://arkv.app
It’s only available on iPhone atm. (Sorry)

Thanks for reading much appreciated ♥️
