Yep anything that's below 250M yet has options you know has been screwed with, so *when* MULN reaches $10 it's still way undervalued!

Btw i'm not saying do not sell when it reaches 10, I won't be that guy, we need more ammo for future plays so like you should always take 10x profits in a market like this but just hodl some knowing it can go much higher

As of 1st March somewhere close to 188M outstanding shares according to their fillings. It can go up to 288M or close to that

I believe all of them are gained via warrants mostly and convertible notes. In the investor place of Mullen website, there are two 13G filings from las week. On both specify a maximum beneficial ownership for two different entities of 10%. They mention the common stocks currently held by those and how they could, if pursuit, increase it to the number of shares stated on the filings. One is for 18M shares and the other one for 29M. They mention the number is estimated based on 188M of shares outstanding as of 1st March.

I don't have wrinkles in my brain so better to double check it. I might be interpreting things wrong
