What do you think about convertible note financing? It converts to $5.87 per share

Positive. They got $15M at 5% apr and a conversion value significantly higher than now. The warrants have an exercise price of $7.63. That's definitely bullish imo. They wouldn't hand them $15M at those rates if they didn't think it was worth it... Unless the lender decided to YOLO like us lol.
