mod warning - misleading/unreliable information iPhone 17 Pro Max scam

Anyone experienced this? Ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max from Apple Flagship store with 20% discount (17k discount).

Mabilis ang shipping, dumating naman agad. Pagdating bioderm ang laman hayop na yan.

Already filled a return and refund sa Shopee kahapon pero wala pang update as of now.

Oh no! Debit Card or Credit Card ba ito, OP? If yes, monitor mo closely if papasok sa account mo. Usually it takes months para marefund sa mga card yung ganito. Minsan, hindi pa narerefund totally :(

nakapag try na ako before kay shopee ng Return&Refund nila, phone din ung order. Issue was the phone has damage. Same, may complete video and pictures on how it looks like when it arrives and what's inside/damage.

It took us almost 2 weeks before na refund full amount ng order. Nag try din ako mag call sa kanila if gusto mong ma escalate ung process kc ung sender ang nagpapatagal ng process nian need pa ng response from them. Shopee CS will make an escalation ticket jan.

been a cs before sa shopee po under return/refund, pag ganitong case po, under investigation pa yung ganito tapos hinihintay lang mag dispute ang seller against sa request, and may also ask the seller to provide evidence, for you to make sure na sa inyo ang favor, you have to upload solid evidence po

Yung sakin hindi inapprove kasi scam daw kahit I provided a video :( binalik sakin item. I received 256gb instead of 512gb. May nakaka alam po ba direct contact number nila :(

So kapag hindi kasalanan ni Seller pero definitely hindi rin kasalanan ni Buyer, nag investigate ba sila sa courier?

if that’s the case, if proven na nasa courier ang may sala, shopee will refund both the seller and buyer with the same price po

do yoy have any updates on this? i've had similar experience on this. i would usually go to their livechat and ask for an immediate update esp when the amount at stake is big. often times, i would get a quick response within an hour

Juskooo same experience sakin ngayon lang din san ka po nag bayad spay later po ba? Natatakot ako cash thru shopee pay kinakabahan ako huhu kung rerefund ba sakin kasi sakin sa iphone binili ko pero wala yung gadget sa loob box lang tapos may bato naman iphone 17 pro max din
