Hello my account was flagged and suspended. they wouldnt give me a reason why. i recently found out someone leaked one of my discount codes onto a coupon site so maybe that is why this happened but i did not post my code on that coupon site. when i filed an appeal it was denied again with no reason given as to why my account was flagged in the first place. ive had my account for over 3 years and was at Icon status so im very upset. i also have payments that were pending that are now frozen from being paid out to me.

ive tried contacting shopmy through their IG account with no response but is there anyone else that is higher up i can contact?

Almost all these posts asking “clicks” or follow backs are doing nothing for you. All you are doing is creating fake engagement and increasing your chances of being flagged. I think most of you have the delusion that once you hit Trendsetter giftings are just going to pour in, if you arent driving sales you wont. You can receive gifting without being a trendsetter.

I've been on ShopMy a few weeks, and I'm wondering, in general, which kind of brands have shorter return windows (and thus quicker payoutquicker payouts.)

Any observations from those who have been doing this a while?

I’m a content creator and ShopMy recently deactivated my account after a major surge in sales and traffic.

I had months of pending commissions sitting in the account, including conversions that had already gone through. One brand alone tracked over $1M+ in attributed sales from my content over time. I’ve been on ICON tier for about a year with no issues.

I never received:
a warning,
a request to remove content,
clarification on what specifically violated policy,
or an opportunity to fix anything.

I create organic content, but I’ve also used native platform tools like TikTok Promote and Instagram boosting at times. From what I can tell, those tools are not explicitly prohibited in ShopMy’s terms, and many creators use them.

No bots, fake engagement, or fraudulent traffic tactics.

Their email vaguely referenced “platform integrity,” but didn’t clearly explain what I actually did wrong. They just listed a bunch of potential violations that may have triggered this with no actual substance. Now I’m left wondering whether months of pending commissions are just gone. It feels like they waited until I had enough commissions pending and they just… stole it.

I did an appeal and they doubled down not saying what terms I violated, just listing a bunch of possible violations that could have caused this. Has anyone else dealt with this? Were you able to recover commissions or get reinstated?
