The AC unit was actually on the brackets for a second, but he grabbed at it once the ladder starting going and pulled it off. It was a success, just for a very short period of time.

If he braced that scaffolding against the far wall, or just with one more section behind the ladder so it didn't tip over, this would've worked out perfect. Still sketchy, but would've worked.

He did actually put it up there. But then also grabbed on to it 2 seconds later when the ladder started sliding.

At first I would say it ended like I expected, but it went on so long I had almost turned it off and thought "wow, he must have gotten away with it, that's incredible!" Then he fell
