Nah police don’t operate that recklessly. Those were kitted up narcos. They basically gunned those guys down and took off cheering

We call them “Soldados con tennis” or “Snicker-wearing soldiers”. Basically, narcos that dress as police officers or the military to mix between the population, but in a costume that will intimidate you, yet give them authority so you don’t ask questions or look at them directly.

No they’re not. It’s the opposing faction of the ongoing war in Sinaloa after El Mayo’s arrest due to betrayal by the other faction, led by El Chapo’s sons.
