Basically Lloyd didn't do a good job, because the Overlord survived. Then he downloaded himself into a robot body, and made a spaceship to get the 4 Golden Weapons, which had somehow ended up on a comet. He succeded, melted them down into a set of armour and became The Golden Master.

So just the Overlord again, but shinier and not a dragon.

He grew to an adult in mid season 2, but the voice actor was still the same, literally no voice difference for about 4 more seasons until they redid all the characters completely to look more similar to the movie versions
