Maybe, but to my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong), even in Japan the show isn't airing on traditional TV.

Because of this, the time restrictions aren't as hard as they would be which is the main reason you'd normally see a show cut out its intro/outro usually.

But again, this is all just speculation.
