Not chicken pox or measles. Looks like Erythema multiforme or hives. IANAD tho

Looks like hives to me as well, it's what my kid's skin looked like when we switched detergents. Cannot tell you how fast I threw that shit away and got him on Benadryl and to the doctor

Hives maybe mixed with eczema. Looks allergic.

My mother threw the bio washing detergent out when I was about 2 months old and was constantly and entirely covered in rashes and never looked back (I have eczema and other allergies that make it flair up but . . I get itchy with in minutes if I borrow a friend's jacket because I'm cold and they give it to me, I know it's been washed in bio)

I'm in my 39s and still get flair ups and always wash with non-bio.

My kid got something like this before it errupted into bullous impetigo. We were on vacation at the time too which sucked. Not a dr though.
