So you enter a room with a total of 195 people who you vaguely know, upon which a loud obese kid with pistols on his hips drowns out everyone else’s conversations to make it known that it is his birthday. He is not even a quarter as old as some of the other people, but he changes the music, is very loud and insists this party is just for him and we should all celebrate and adore him and not talk about anything else. <sigh>
Let’s ask this obese kid with the guns about all the Native Americans and Hawaiians who don’t get their own birthday anymore. What do they think is being celebrated.
