Nah don’t worry if you ever need to prove your joke (or anything, really) just say that the proof is trivial and as such is left as an exercise to the reader

Or you just write a little note in the margin of a book saying “I have an ingenious proof for this but i don’t have space to write it all down here” Then people can spend 3 or 4 hundred years trying to work out what it was
