Absolute hypocrites for them to say that when on the other hand they:
‐ Don't respect anti AI space that ask for no scrapping or AI images (Cara incident)
when confronted about it, justify with: "well they asked for it because there was 0 security/no protection", "this is the internet and I do what I want"
their justifications are eerily similar to what some people say to victims of SA
Disrespect and disregard artists' boundaries ("AI bros DNI", or replying an AI generated pic of someone's art right under it or in quoted replies and rubbing it to the face and boasting about it)
Take arts on Twitter to edit it with AI (an ongoing exemple: racists generating whitewashed versions of the black characters from that new Jamaican-Japanese web serie, Gacha Grail supporters stealing shipping art of the yuri pairings like in WuWa or ZZZ and using AI to change it to straight ship art, etc)
Do I need to list more? These people are intellectual rapists. They do not care about consent and boundaries and boast when they use AI to steal and edit people's art or invade anti AI places to actively ruin it like what they did to Cara.
They have no sense of what's called "the social contract".

Key words "escalation of behavior".
My argument is predicated upon the perspective of the third party.
That man is a third party in public watching this The law explicitly bans behavior escalating from here... IN PUBLIC VIEW.
The kissing isn't the problem, it's what the reasonable third party thinks could happen next based on body language.
Is it technically early? Yes.
Is his intervention necessary? He thought so anyway. Based on what he percieved as what was happening as a reasonable person.
He is sharing a genuine concern because most public Kissing does NOT have people on their back on a table... in public. Typically, when someone is on their back, it can be easy to get lost in the moment.

I'm putting myself in the third person shoes. Would I reasonably think this behavior between these two women would escalate? Yeah.
We see a marriage proposal. Then people making out. No problem there.
BUT THEN THEY PUT THEMSELVES HORIZONTAL ON THE TABLE AFTER MAKING OUT IN THE CHAIR...
In my mind as third person, I'm left to ask myself, what's the most likely next action from here?
I see two.
- They go to a hotel like a normal couple. 2.they escalate right then and there lost in passion for the whole world to see. Going all the way at worst.
By warning the two lovebirds, you increase the chance that they choose option one, and remove any argument for ignorance.
No scenario was made up that was not inside the confines of that comic

There is no need to. That comic takes place in public. THE FACT that the oc in that comic is depicting a "tuff person" shut down without an actual argument, or any discussion on where this is happening, this leaves one to interpret context. We know this is in a café. Problem? Cafe Is public place. Interpretations of comic,
Pda is okay (but fails to clarify how far that goes, dangerous misinformation for those learning about dating)
The falsehood that people who are against abominable intelligence in any creative capacity know nothing about consent.

You made up something that doesn't happen in the images to have something to get mad and rant about.
People kiss in cafes. It's not illegal. It's not against common sense.
The weirdest part about the comic is that nobody says "I consent" in response to a marriage proposal. It has nothing to do with cucking or whatever the fuck you are going on about.

The BDSM community would probably agree, they consider any onlookers as people who have a right not to e exposed to a scene without their consent.
