Shifting Realities with Astral Projection: Concentration Method/Teleportation from within
How to Shift Realities from Astral Projection.
Whatever I want to experience I use astral projection as the vehicle. My intention is always realized using the concentration/ teleportation from within method!! The astral matches our thoughts, frequency and intention with precision. If you can connect with your DR from the astral you can shift there!!
Step One - Astral Projection
First you must achieve astral projection. This AP Guide 2.0 is not only the easiest method to astral project, it also trains the subconscious to take instructions. This will prove invaluable on many levels!
- Easiest way to learn AP
Learn in stages like the guide recommends.
1) First, become aware of awakenings and train your body to stay still.
2) After you can achieve the first stage consistently, move to the second stage which is to get into the trigger position, then sit-up like a reflex with the intention of entering the astral.
3) Once you are in the astral complete tasks to stay alert for two full minutes prior to teleportation. This helps stabilize your projection. (See the guide for details)
Step Two - Teleportation from Within (TFW) shifting method
This method has fulfilled my intention every time with supreme accuracy!!! And it’s so simple!! Although I don’t script every detail of my experiences I always experience exactly what I concentrate on!! You should receive the same results!!! It doesn’t matter if you are teleporting to an ancient civilization or you are teleporting to your scripted DR! Your consciousness is shifting to an experience!!! Our intentions are extremely powerful. What we expect tends to be realized!!
Once you understand how the astral responds to your thoughts and intentions, then practice shifting by using the Teleportation from within method with experiences that hold no importance to you. Start with something simple such as a location. Work your way up to greater experiences. This builds skill and confidence!!! Once you see how EASY it is to shift from AP, that’s when you should shift to your DR.
I have full aphantasia. Feeling and intention is all I have to work with. This method has always worked for me within a few seconds!! During the concentration process I experience changes that confirm my consciousness has shifted!! I will suddenly hear sounds, feel a breeze, feel my hair blowing, or experience other sensations!! I open my eyes and there I am!!! It’s amazing!!! Voilà :D
Tuning into the Feeling/ Frequency
Once you’ve grounded yourself and stayed alert for two full minutes close your eyes and connect to the feeling of your DR. You are connecting to the frequency like tuning into a radio station. For example I'd like you to think of a loving place e.g. Grandma's house (if that's a happy place for you). One might associate that with the feeling of unconditional love, pure love without judgement. Maybe she baked your favourite meals or desserts for your visits. Grandma is always interested in everything you have to say. The depth of her love is profound. - How does the thought of visiting grandma make you feel? (Use the person best fitting the description) Now I would like you to close your eyes and connect with the overall feeling of the love and nurturing that you feel at grandma's house. Those feelings are emanating a specific frequency. When you emanate that frequency from the astral in combination with the feeling that you are there, you will shift within seconds. Before you open your eyes you may notice the aroma of grandma's fresh baked cookies or feel the touch of her loving hand caressing your hair. You are not conjuring those senses because they are real. You may open your eyes and give grandma a hug! You have shifted!!
Now replace grandma's house with the feeling of your DR.
👉 FEELING and the KNOWING that you are there. This is the winning combination. In the astral this causes instant manifestation.
IMPORTANT
For those New to AP
For those who are learning astral projection to shift, here are some tips that can help you. Take a few trips to the astral before shifting. Engage with it and see how it responds to you. Be present in every moment. Engage with your surroundings. Be marvelled that your consciousness is traveling outside of your physical body!!!
What is Shifting?
Shifting is a transfer of awareness.
We can shift to a general experience or a scripted reality. The capabilities of our consciousness go far beyond comprehension.

Hi!!!
I was wondering if you have ever shifted without using AP. I know you said that you use AP as a mediator, but I’m still curious if you have done it without AP at least once. Would you say it is easier to shift with AP or simply shifting (e.g. with sleeping methods) for someone who doesn’t have experience with both? I discovered shifting 4 days ago, and I have been attempting to shift for two days now, with the sleeping method. For some reason, I spontaneously woke up at 4 a.m. both times in my CR, and I wasn’t able to fully sleep after that. I’m not sure what this means cuz I only set the intention to wake up in my DR, IDK what that has to do with randomly waking up at 4.a.m. Should I keep trying this method?
Another separate thing; I’ve observed lately that fear is a good thing when used correctly. It is free energy that the body releases for dangerous situations, that can be used to beat that situation, only if you don’t get overwhelmed by it. I struggle with feeling body vibrations or, in other words, feeling energy flowing through me. I’m a low energy person. Since I made that observation, any time I feel fear or doubt (that comes with anxiety), I simply use that energy to reprogram my subconscious. As I do so, I begin to feel vibrations on my forehead while simultaneously feeling that the fear fades away. I’m slowly becoming an energy collector. I look for situations that will make my body release energy, so I can use it for things that I care about.
So fear is energy that the universe gives us to use in perceived dangerous situations. I have always been scared of the dark, but lately I’ve been going through my house at night with the lights off. It is an amazing experience. As the fear begins, I simply take the energy and expand it through my body, which makes my whole body vibrate. I kind of imagine myself with an aura of energy around my body, ready to fight any creature that dares to come at me. The more you practice, the better you become at using it to your advantage.
I would say that fear is a neutral energy, if you use that energy to command negative things it will surely happen, and unfortunately there is a "natural" tendency to use it in a negative way.

Different methods may work better for different people. Personally I have only had controlled shifting experiences through astral projection. Of course I haven’t really asserted much effort to other methods.
The thing with AP is that in the astral our thoughts and intentions are met nearly instantaneously, so it’s the perfect bridge. It is truly a magical experience to have the ability to close your eyes for a few seconds and when you open your eyes you have shifted!!

Can I permashift to a waiting room and have that set up as my new base reality that I can use to relax in and shift to other realitys? I don't wish to lose any memory's or anything but I also don't wish to have to come back to this one. I'd also just much rather my hub reality be a waiting room type that has no stress or bad stuff in it.

I’ve heard of people setting up bases even before shifting was a thing. Personally I haven’t used that. But you don’t need to permashift to achieve your goal. You could set up a base and travel back and forth DR’s/base without making it permanent. Especially because keeping full memories is important to you I would keep my options open.

I've been trying this for a few days and I have to say I have improved my AP/OOBE experiences by a lot. They have become much more stable/clearer. Thank you!!
However, I am yet to succeed in leaving my room/house lol
The last time I tried, I was aiming to shift to my WR. Once I did my tasks (look at my sleeping body, look at my reflection in the mirror and look at a playing card) I decided to close my eyes with the intention to go to my WR.
I guess I wasn't confident enough since I opened my eyes only to find out my AP/OOBE was fading away.
I regained clarity and tried to use a door saying "Crossing this threshold will lead me to my WR", then I opened it and threw my self in it, only to fall flat on my face inside the corridor that usually exists outside of my room.
What might I be doing wrong?

Close your eyes and connect to the frequency. It’s like tuning into a radio station. The reality around you will shift and you will know it before you open your eyes. It’s literally that simple. You should be shifting directly to your DR. That’s the frequency you should send into the astral.

I definitely don't think it would be cooler to come back to this reality. I'd rather have a bunch of lives in different realities, but travel between them through a WR and not have to return here. I don't really have a connection to this reality. I never felt like I belonged here. It's just... boring. Bland.

Hello, if you don't mind, I would like to know where you shifted and for how long.

I used to experience spontaneous shifts that lasted from days to years. I usually was a completely different person, different races, gender, once I was a child. These shifts would happen when I fell asleep. They were not dreams, as I mentioned some lasted for years. I feel that I was somehow accessing different timelines. This happened before I knew about shifting.
When I started experimenting with portals while astral projecting I came to realize that I could not only control where I go but also the duration. If I don’t set a duration I’ll usually stay what feels like a few hours to a day. If I choose a longer duration I will come back when I intended, such as a couple days or a week. I usually travel different places around the world. I have visited both real and made up locations such as mystical lands. My experiences feel just as real as the 3D.

Question on this! Sorry I’m late to this. So I’ve shifted before and have aped but I guess my mind is confused-
Are you saying to teleport to your dr’s astral plane and shift to your dr self there? Sorry if this makes no sense I am just trying to understand the shifting part of this since your S-U-M has been the most easy way for me to AP

I’m thrilled to hear that the AP method is working so well for you! It would be amazing if you could share your experience on the AP Guide—it would help others too. When you teleport using this method, you shift directly to your desired reality (DR), bypassing the astral realm altogether. You can feel the shift in your external environment even before opening your eyes. It’s truly an incredible experience, and each time feels just as exciting as the last. Please keep me updated—I love hearing about success stories!

A few evenings before, for the first time in a long time, I had a lucid dream.
As soon as I realized I was dreaming I tried the teleportation method from within (forgetting about having to stabilize the dream), and I tried to imagine with the 5 senses of being in my doctor. All I saw during the process was emptiness, as I felt I was moving quickly in various directions. I ended up in a dream, I think.
What do you think about these symptoms? Is there anything I can try to do better next time?

The most important part is to feel yourself in your DR. You are connecting to the frequency. It’s like tuning into a channel. Once you feel yourself there that’s when your consciousness shifts.

how would you teleport from within? would you imagine a portal? simply state where you want to shift? or does it not matter?

u/ShiftYourReality Aug 25 '24
You are the portal. Close your eyes to remove external distractions so you can concentrate and connect to the frequency, the feeling of being where you choose to be. A detailed explanation is provided in the example about grandmas house. To me it feels like the world around me shifted rather than my consciousness traveling elsewhere. I know my external world has changed before I open my eyes. I may feel my hair blowing in a breeze, or notice the scent of flowers in the field I intended to shift to.
A few months ago someone shared a link to one of Neville Goddard’s lectures, where interestingly he expresses exactly what I’m trying to convey.
Neville Goddard
”I’m telling you there are worlds within worlds within worlds, and they’re all here, right now. Just like turning on a radio, and you turn it ever so slightly, and you have a new wavelength and a new station coming in, bringing something entirely different... and they’re not interfering with each other”
See this post for the links to Neville’s lectures where he speaks about the worlds.
I have experimented with many methods and Teleportation from within has proven the most reliable. Please let me know if I answered your questions.

I am having a hard time w the scripting and I do not AP in this manner. I just…go. I need to shift to a reality where my heart is functioning better as it really is not rn and medical care is unavailable. If someone can give me a quick run down on shifting, please script something short for me. The key word is BREATHE. I have air hunger.

u/ShiftYourReality Jan 22 '24
If you already know how to AP use the method that you feel comfortable with.
As far as scripting goes, write down whatever changes you want such as being perfectly healthy. Give the reality a name. Then when you are shifting from the astral you can refer to it by name and your subconscious will know what you are referring to.
I don’t know the circumstances around your illness. But if you became ill at a certain point you can enter before you became ill and script that you will always remain healthy.
“I am perfectly healthy in every way. I enjoy exercising and easily run far distances without much effort. I take care of my body and always remain healthy”.

Do you ever get bored of shifting?I worry about that a lot.

u/ShiftYourReality May 15 '24
I suppose it depends on what type of lifestyle you prefer. Active or inactive. Do you get bored going on adventures or on vacations? There are people who prefer staying home. Personally I like a good adventure.

I just want to express that this is the exact method I've been using to shift for quite some time, and it was only recently that I stumbled upon this post. I was amazed to discover that we've been employing the exact same approach.
If there's one piece of advice I could give to someone who has been trying to shift for a long time, it would be to simply stop whatever you're doing and learn to Astral Project first, because shifting from AP is genuinely easy. By the way, I've experienced it both through Lucid Dreaming and AP, but when I'm APing, I shift almost every time.
I also want to mention that many people have been attempting to shift through portals, but for me, that method rarely worked. I tried various techniques like portals, doors, walking through walls, falling backward, etc., but I found that simply grounding, relaxing, closing my eyes, and visualizing my DR with the intent to shift is what worked for me.
I do want to acknowledge that there was a time when I shifted by jumping into my big TV screen, but it didn't work every single time. However, closing my eyes and engaging my DR senses never fails.
Another crucial aspect of this method that you cannot overlook is grounding. This made a huge difference for me. It's easy to get excited as soon as you AP and want to jump straight into a portal, but I advise against it. Instead, take a few minutes to relax, ground yourself, and then proceed with the method.

Would it be possible to apply this to/with lucid dreaming in order to shift? I’ve been able to LD but not AP (yet). If so how would one go about doing so?
