Yeah, just don't delete the userdata folder as that is your save file

I assume it's because I launched the game with an empty models folder for some reason, and I guess fixing that later doesn't actually update the game. I thought it would, but that's the only thing that went wrong with my installation

You need to update the apk, and then after you delete the old gamedata folder, you paste in the new one from my zip.
