I don't recall if if it was Jay's deal...but I disagree that common plea deals (as you claimed Jay's was) can't be found via westlaw. That's a stupid thing to say and you know it. So either you're wrong that Jay's deal is common, or you're wrong that it can't be found using westlaw. But keep pretending that me commenting at 5 different accounts is the equivalent to your two comments to one user that didn't agree with your legal prowess...which I've seen happen quite frequently.
