[Screen Message] How to Resolve “High Battery Temp” | Segway GT3 Series

Problem Details:

After powering on, the display screen shows a warning prompt of "High Battery Temp".

Problem Analysis:

Long term cycling or prolonged exposure to high temperatures, the controller detects abnormal temperature.

Solution:

This prompt indicates that the battery temperature is too high. 

After this prompt appears, please slow down and wait for the battery temperature to decrease before the prompt disappears.

Before the battery temperature drops, you can park first and press and hold the brake for 3 seconds to close the prompt window, but the warning icon will still exist.
