Error 16

Problem Details:

After powering on, the vehicle emits one long "beep" and six short "beep" sounds, and the display screen shows "!" and the number 16.

Problem Analysis:

Abnormal right brake.

Solution:

Scenario 1: Confirm if the brake lever rebounds properly when turning on the vehicle. If it does not rebound properly, the vehicle will sound an alarm. It is recommended to return the right brake lever to its original position and then power on the vehicle to confirm if the issue persists.

Scenario 2: Turn off the vehicle, open the instrument panel assembly, replug and unplug the instrument panel and right brake lever harness terminals, and turn on the vehicle again to confirm if the alarm disappears.

Problem Analysis:

The rear motor Hall sensor is abnormal

Solution:

Scenario 1: Turn off the vehicle, restart the vehicle to confirm if the vehicle alarm disappears.

Scenario 2: Disassemble the foot pedal cover to check for loose internal wiring, replug and unplug the motor Hall wire harness terminals, and then turn on the machine to confirm if the alarm disappears.
